A lot of these communities are built from the ground up by people giving their time, energy, and effort — often for very little — just to create spaces where people can move their bodies, connect, and improve their lives. And a ton of these events are FREE.

Yesterday we teamed up with @tiosandtias & @notfastjustfuriousrc for our RUN NOW, PARTY LATER event. An event based around wellness, but more importantly bringing black and brown culture together here in Arizona like never done before! 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾🪅🏃🏾‍♂️🇲🇽🎉💃🏽
