Join us this Saturday, November 9th, for an all-levels, 50-minute movement class, led by @pearledbuddha, meditation and healing facilitated by @brianathemoongoddess, and a sound bowl session with @tdilll at the Churchill in downtown Phoenix.

This class is designed to focus on breathwork, flexibility, and strength with an R&B + Afrobeats playlist meant to keep you moving.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
A gentle but challenging Vinyasa flow with a focus on alignment — both physically and mentally — including guided meditation, affirmations, and sound healing to deepen the experience.

WHAT TO BRING:
A yoga mat, water, and a towel or blanket for extra comfort.
